HealthFit
A comprehensive health assessment to create
effective and lasting medical wellness

HealthFit aims to optimize the executive’s physical health. This program involves maximizing physical fitness and healthy habits, detecting illness at early stages and prescribing preventive measures to avoid disability.

A key strength of The HealthFit Program is the emphasis on quality time that the executive spends with physicians and other certified health professionals.
ExecuCorp strongly believes that face-to-face interaction between executives and physicians is fundamental in conducting a comprehensive health assessment and creating effective health changes.

Optimizing Health

HealthFit is a full-day medical analysis, providing participants with approximately two hours of direct one-on-one time with a physician.

  • Family Physician - conducts a thorough medical interview and complete physical examination.
  • Sports Medicine Physician - conducts the exercise and fitness interview, plus a musculoskeletal physical examination.
  • Medical and laboratory tests – are tailored to the individual’s needs and risk factors.
  • Exercise Physiologist - conducts a fitness, body composition and biomechanical assessment, using state-of-the-art equipment and testing techniques. *
  • Registered Massage Therapist – will carry out a recovery therapeutic massage at the end of the day.
  • Nutritious Catered Lunch – is served after testing

* ExecuCorp specializes in serving individuals who lead, or wish to lead, healthy and active lifestyles. As such, fitness and biomechanical assessments are geared to meet the executive’s individual preferences in sports and physical activity.

The Value of HealthFit Investment

Limitations in our health care system, sedentary lifestyles and soaring costs of employer-sponsored benefit programs mean companies have to examine other options for executive and employee wellness.
Many organizations have had great success with the introduction of wellness programs for their employees. In fact, statistics show that companies have been able to quantify a return on their investments through reduced absenteeism, better employee-employer relations and improved productivity.
