Optimizing Health
HealthFit is a full-day medical analysis, providing participants with
approximately two hours of direct one-on-one time with a physician.
- Family Physician - conducts a thorough medical interview and complete physical examination.
- Sports Medicine Physician - conducts the exercise and fitness interview, plus a musculoskeletal physical examination.
- Medical and laboratory tests – are tailored to the individual’s needs and risk factors.
- Exercise Physiologist - conducts a fitness, body composition and biomechanical assessment, using state-of-the-art equipment and testing techniques. *
- Registered Massage Therapist – will carry out a recovery therapeutic massage at the end of the day.
- Nutritious Catered Lunch – is served after testing
